Once the Guild accepts your application, your one-year clock starts. You receive this guide, gain access to member communications, and are formally enrolled as a Friend+ member.

• Note your start date - all requirements must be completed within 12 months

The Guild runs monthly online peer supervision (intervisie) sessions - typically 1.5 hours. You must attend at least two during your year. These are spaces to exchange case insights and deepen your facilitation practice with fellow guides.

• Attendance is logged by the Guild administration

The general assembly is the Guild's all-member gathering. A space to share updates, discuss the direction of the organization, and participate in the community as a whole. Dates are announced in advance via the events page and members newsletter.

• Online or in-person - attendance in either format counts

You are entitled to three one-on-one mentorship calls with a Guild member mentor of your choice, at €50 ex. VAT per call. These calls are yours to use as you need: case reflection, preparation for full membership, personal development, or any professional question in your practice.

• Pay €50 ex. VAT per call directly to the mentor

You must attend at least one session or retreat offered by a Guild Practitioner Member, at a discounted Friend+ rate. This gives you first-hand experience of how members in our network work, deepening your understanding of safe and ethical psychedelic facilitation. And it's a great way for us to get to know you better as well!

• The format can be a private session, group ceremony or multiple day retreat

Once all five items above are complete, contact the Guild to schedule your evaluation call. This is a structured conversation - not a test - to assess whether you now meet the requirements for full Practitioner Membership. We will review your progress, your practice, and your readiness together.
